  • Worst Aparment

    Hands down the worst living experience I have ever had. Parking gates have been broken for months while asking residents to pay. They can’t keep out non residents out to ensure we have parking. Our spots have been taken several times. Package system doesn’t work. Never had as many packages misplaced, not delivered, or stolen living anywhere else in Denver. Amenities aren’t kept up and some just flat out don’t work. Found several mice living in grills. Walls are unbelievably thin. You will ...
    hear your neighbors. Tenant quality has gone down only making the issue worse. Quiet hours can't and won't be enforced. There are lots of other smaller issues, and unfortunately the building should just be completely redone.
