Love my new place!
December 12, 2018I moved in about a month ago and I love the location, staff and my new apartment! I work in Easton so it’s super close to my work and shopping, food places, etc. I have a 2 bedroom that has a fireplace and I LOVE it! I was scared to use it at first but maintenance came and showed me how to use it. Very cozy apartment that comes with a garage. Highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
It’s a nice area to live in
October 27, 2018If I could, I’d give them a 3.5. Here’s all the good things I’ve experienced from this place. If you’re looking for a nice, secure area to live in, this is it. They give you two parking spots and there’s visitor parking areas for your guests. There’s people in the morning that pick up trash and there’s people that come weekly to work on landscape. The staff are friendly and they’ve never given me an attitude. You get your own back deck and it’s really relaxing to look out into the woods. Now ...here’s all the bad things you need to consider. They’ve recently gotten rid of a contract with a water company and now everyone will pay an $86 billing fee (water, pest, billing fee, and trash fee). Add that $86 on top of rent while you pay for the rest of your utilities separately. If you’re trying to call the office, good luck getting someone to answer. It goes to their voicemail and even when I leave one they don’t get back to me. Also, if your maintenance issues aren’t serious, they don’t bother coming to fix it unless you constantly tell the office about it. LASTLY! This is something to think carefully about. The kids. They play in the parking lot. They don’t know how to get off the pavement when cars are coming and some of them DASH right in front of your car. Go slow if you’re going through that small turn. Not only for kids but the drivers who speed through without looking first. There’s only room for one car to go through that turn. I suggest picking an apartment with the side thats by the dog park or the apartments in the back. Don’t pick the left side, that’s where the kids play the most.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
You've been warned
September 27, 2018Unless you want a constant headache, avoid moving into st Andrews. the management is by far the worst group of people you could meet. The place lies and takes forever to resolve issues. ha no ac and no hot water for a while. after about 2 months they were fixed(not at the same time). Also the children around are vandals and destroy property. I've had to yell at them numerous times for hitting my car with a basketball, and theirs no basketball court! they also leave trash all over the place. To ...add insult to injury they are now making the water a flat rate of 86 dollars per month. Me and my wife only spend 20-25 dollars a month! so if they try and tell you that 86 is and avg between all the units, your a fool to believe it. We also use to get gym memberships to a local gym;they stopped that and they decided to make one.it's been almost a year now and there is still no gym, just a vacant building by the pool. They have also raised the trash and now we have to pay for pest control? so if you want to live somewhere that the rent increases at about 15% per year, and they nickle and dime you to death over the little things, this is the place for you!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DONT DO IT
October 16, 2016Lived there for a year... moving out soon as I can. DO NOT DO IT. Buildings themselves are in terrible shape. Property manager and maintenance changes often and is sub par. I moved in and discovered a hole in the floor where mice were coming in, had a leak that I had to figure out myself where it was coming from after it them not being able to figure it out after a month. There are ALOT of kids in this complex and they have no playground so where do they play Around peoples cars, throwing ...balls and rocks and hitting them without regard. Out of approximately 20 kids, I have only seen one parent outside on occasion to supervise and address issues. The kids are loud and I have witnessed them vandalize bushes and other items in the community. When I reported they told me I need to have the kids name for them to address it My car was broken into as well as my neighbors. I have had packages stolen. SWAT was there once and did a full out stand off just like on TV. Don't let the Westerville address fool you.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
