I've come to met some wonderful neighbors that have even bigger problems than I do. roaches, cabinets falling, sinks with backed up water. . . you name it, we have it! drug addicts out and about smoking their weed at all times of the hours and no one can't say anything or they would deface /steal your vehicle (because somehow they manage to know who ran on them) . . . BUT if you are ok w. all of these, by all means move in, there's a few apartments available as I type this review.
