October 30, 2024I have lived here for about 5 years. Overall, I have had an okay experience. My cons would be quite a few maintenance issues from my air conditioning and heater comping out and taking weeks to be replaced and or fixed to my stove not working and to my washer and dryer also comping out. I do understand that these things happen in apartments but the wait time for supplies can be long at times which can be frustrating. I will say that the maintenance team has been wonderful as far as customer ...service though. They are always nice and professional. As far as outside I wish that we had cameras for general safety. Quite a few times you will see a lot of police in the neighborhood handling some type of issue which can make you feel uneasy.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2024It’s been great after 2 years. However we have noticed significant noise issues with the neighbors within the past few months, really loud and inconvenient music playing late at night. The parking rules are bogus, we should be able to purchase a reserved spot regardless of the lease, if we can afford one. Some rules should change to accommodate renters who pay a heavy price for Alexandria, VA. Other than that the community has been good.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE
October 14, 2024If you have a car and you would like to move here, this place is not for you. Let's say you had to go somewhere late in the evening, around 9-10pm, by the time you are back, there will be absolute no parking, I had to wait and drove around the property from 11 pm to 2 am in the morning just to find parking. October 10, 2024I really love the community. The location, unit, and amenities are all great. My only issue is that I wish there were better pest control, both for insects and mice. It seems that they are able to get in through the walls/pipes/vents.Property Manager Responded
