December 14, 2024Office staff and maintenance have been wonderful during my first weeks at the community. There were a few items that needed attention at move in, and the were addressed right away! Quite a few residents refuse to leash their pets or clean up after them outside. ????Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2024I’ve been a resident at Strathmoor Apartments for 7 years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience from the start. From the moment I moved in, I’ve felt at home. The complex is not only beautifully maintained but also incredibly welcoming. The landscaping is lush and well-kept, and the buildings themselves are clean, modern, and spacious. The management team is truly outstanding. They’re always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. Any time I’ve had ...a question or needed assistance, the team has been quick to address it. Whether it’s a maintenance request or a lease inquiry, their communication is always clear and timely. I’ve never had any issues with the maintenance staff either; they’re efficient, friendly, and always show up when needed. The amenities at Strathmoor are another major highlight. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the community spaces are inviting and perfect for gatherings.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2024Nice area. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Only issue I have is the hallways on the second floor have a bad smell. Anytime there’s an issue with something they immediately email you and let you know they’ve been informed and it’s being taken care of.
