November 28, 2024I've had a really good move-in process with the super friendly team here. Overall this property is good value for the money. It's a smoke-free property but my neighbors smoke a lot which is a huge negative aspect of living here and it seems like the management is trying to fix it but they haven't actually been able to stop it from happening. February 29, 2024I feel like this community is a hidden gem. It’s close to pretty much everything you would need. The area isn’t bad and I’ve never felt unsafe. Other apartments with updated features go for $300 more per month so for me the price was absolutely perfect. October 13, 2023This community is advertised as a smoke free community, but that is not true. People smoke weed, but nothing is done about it. We come home to the smell of weed almost on a daily basis. Sometimes it gets very strong and we start feeling the effects as if we had smoked it. We do not suggest living here unless you can tolerate all of the smoking and the cigarette butts all over the ground including in the grass. That is a fire hazard and still nothing is done about it.Property Manager Responded
