February 29, 2024I feel like this community is a hidden gem. It’s close to pretty much everything you would need. The area isn’t bad and I’ve never felt unsafe. Other apartments with updated features go for $300 more per month so for me the price was absolutely perfect. October 13, 2023This community is advertised as a smoke free community, but that is not true. People smoke weed, but nothing is done about it. We come home to the smell of weed almost on a daily basis. Sometimes it gets very strong and we start feeling the effects as if we had smoked it. We do not suggest living here unless you can tolerate all of the smoking and the cigarette butts all over the ground including in the grass. October 13, 2023Horrible! Think twice before moving here! They have additional fees raging from $70-85 on top of your rent and oh, you also have to pay for electricity outside of your apartment. Never was told about that until I received my first invoice!!!! Maintence is fine, no complaints about them. My move in was horrible, had to switch apartments my move in date, had to go back numerous of times because the key didn’t work! Was never told they don’t accept money orders only pay online. You can’t pay your ...rent early, they don’t allow it. Neighbors are loud and rude. Stairs are wobbly, medal piece hanging from ceiling on stair case. Hasn’t been fixed and I’ve been here since January. These are micro sized Apt but they charge way too much!!! Front office staff will blow off your complaints and lie to you. Never will I recommend these apts to ANYONE!!!!Property Manager Responded
