Bad Place
August 7, 2024If you want bed bugs crawling in from the neighbors outlets, or for termites to fully eat apart cabinets, or for $600 dollar heating bills (PER MONTH) in winter, THIS is the place for you! They seriously skimp on doing upkeep. I stayed a few years and every month you have to keep your food out on the table so they can spray for bugs. That's the entire complex, and they fine you if you miss anything. I basically kept my pantry on the kitchen table the last 6 months because I was tired of them ...coming in when I'm gone without notice, and having to move everything anyway. They keep the grounds in really poor shape. For the last year the entire place is just trash and lumber. People tried to break into my apartment multiple times. This place is not safe. Car break-ins, and only 1 entrance you can use now. They say it's so there isn't through traffic, but you can see all the litter and crime. They try and fleece you at the end of your lease, so if I have to pay erroneous fees, then I'll tell everyone what this place is like, and they'll lose more in lost applicants. Keep looking for your next apartment.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A happy resident
July 30, 2018I just want to say, thank you.. to the mangment Ashley and her crew to the matience people, they are so quick in response, and are so professional and they CARE about you being comfortable and safe in your home you pay rent to every month... Coming from where I stayed this is such a upgrade in everything from customers experience and all, I'm so thankful to be a resident at boardwalk apartment, I can honestly say I'm happy with where I stay..if you want to feel comfortable and appreciated ...Boardwalk walk is the place to be, even the neighbors are good ,people stay to they self and everyone works so that makes it so much better, unlike my last apartment seems like no one worked, parking lot stayed filled from morning to night. Again thank you for a smooth and successful move, I love my apartment. Signed a happy residentRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Renter Beware
August 23, 2017I lived in this apartment complex for 28 days I paid a $1,275 deposit. They stated because they saw someone at my apartment too frequently, even though there is not an overnight guest clause in the lease, that I was evicted. I go to court and their attorney precedes to tell me that nothing is due and that I would get my deposit back since I did not even live there for 30 days and they just wanted the key back. So I move out the following weekend. This happened over a year ago and I'm just now ...being contacted for collections for $1,800 when they have my $1,275 deposit and I have already filed bankruptcy. So it is it legal that they are contacting me at all let alone how they cannot have an overnight guest clause but be upset if someone is at my apartment. That's pretty crazy and it is unethical. Do not move here they will stalk you and watch your every move.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
