December 10, 2024I am satisfied with my time at The Bryant. Staff and maintenance are wonderful. I’d recommend The Bryant. Only complaint is dog poop not being picked up and the smell of marijuana that has been coming into my apartment. This seems to be happening more now than before. I don’t smoke so it’s a bit annoying.Property Manager Responded

November 5, 2024I love it here. The location is everything. Its less than 10 minuets from the airport, where I work, and like 5 minuets from the stadium/uptown Charlotte. There are some restaurants within walking distance, and I got a city view from my apartment. Personally, I prefer to live outside of the city and somewhere a little more quiet, more parking, and just away from the hustle and bustle that city life brings, but I still want to be close enough to where I can uber to events and happenings in the ...city, and these apartments are exactly that.Property Manager Responded

November 3, 2024Overall the experience is good, but there have been instances of poor customer service from staff and poor management reaction to the issues. Some residents do not handle their pets appropriately or clean up after them. The hallways are not always maintained at the level I think is appropriate.Property Manager Responded
