Read before leasing!
June 20, 2023We lived here for 3 years in both Park Chelsea and the Agora. Loved the beautiful pools, gyms, tennis court, maintenance staff is exceptional and always responds quickly, but management is a headache. Some issues we faced: -Persistent sewage smell at the Agora (hallways, elevator, lobby) -The smell of weed permeating the hallways -Strong smell of urine at the park Chelsea rooftop dog park (I would be wary of leasing in any unit near there) -Black mold upon move in (bathtub, washing machine, ...kitchen). Management was very dismissive and we had to spend days deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom in our new apartment. -Leasing office: We emailed to notify the office of our move 2.5 months in advance but were not given the required paperwork to provide “official” notice of our intent to vacate so that they charge you rent after your move. I would have expected more after living here for 3 years. -Phone app to reserve amenities and make maintenance requests is unreliableRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
