January 28, 2025Horrible since we got this new team! Their parking lot and stairs are always icy when it snows. No one shows up for maintenance and when they do they don’t do anything and say they will be back and never come. Just close out the tickets. My bathroom had black mold the team they hired did a horrible job. Assistant manager is rude and only cares about reviews and not the actual issues. He sends out harassing emails about rent for a whole week before rent is due. Then if you have a balance or ...receive a notice he harasses you about that even if it’s only $95 that you were unaware of. Then the manager backs his behavior by saying they have always done it this way when they haven’t. This just started when he got there. They nickel and dime you for everything. No one wants to deal with them or they are always fake too busy so everything falls on Jaylsa whom is the only reason I stayed another year and was even considering renewing again. For what the price is I can’t continue to let me rob me for over $2500 to live in the slums.Property Manager Responded

Unsafe and a mess
January 1, 2025My family and I have been here for a little over a year and it has gone downhill tremendously. We have had the swat team here at least twice now (that I am aware of), the pool has been broken more often than it has been working, the front end staff has one extremely nice young lady but the manager is nothing but rude and disrespectful. When issues are brought up, the managers response is to handle it myself? Definitely not worth the amount they are charging. If you like garbage everywhere, ...forever broken amenities and new fees added every week t then this is the place for you. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Property Manager Responded

The complex is being constantly updated with new bright lighting at night, newer exterior paint, repaired asphalt. The leasing office has been updated as well. The area is great, but the upkeep is nonexistent and 2 staff members that recently left have contributed to a lot of the issues that new staff and residents are left to deal with. Hate this place
March 6, 2024This place has been headache after headache since I moved in. I’m surprised there’s so many good reviews (but they all share the same title so they’re probably fake) Parking is a nightmare, there’s 6 reserved/handicap spots in front of my building out of 12. And half the unreserved are taken up by abandoned cars. The building is poorly maintained and fixed in the cheapest way possible. My windows are so drafty that my heat bill is insane during the winter. The paint is peeling off everything ...and maintenance won’t do a thing about it. Management nickels and dimes you for everything. I’ve never paid so much in common area fees. My last apartment was about $30/month, here I pay about $200 a month, idk what the rent goes to cause it’s clearly not common area maintenance. The grounds are poorly kept, there’s dogs droppings everywhere. The pool is drained every month cause of some issue and that bill gets passed on to the tenants. There’s a reason there’s all new staff in the office every 4 months: this place sucksProperty Manager Responded

I am happy to report that the property manager has taken the parking and the landscape concerns on as two of some of the highest priorities this year. Not only is our team actively working to diligently manage parking violations in a much more efficient manner, but we have also increased our efforts in grounds keeping which will only become more visually apparent once these winter storms finally subside.
