  • Don't waste your money

    Management does updates for photo ops, but doesn't maintain the building. Not worth the high prices, plenty of better options out there.

  • Can’t get ahold of anyone.

    Scheduled a showing and confirmed a time with their team. Nobody from the property management company showed up to the tour, and when I called, I was routed to an answering service where they can only “relay a message” to the local team. I relayed 2 messages this way with questions before the scheduled tour and nobody got back to me over the course of 3 days. Don’t live here if you expect to get ahold of anyone.

  • Unhelpful management, so many problems

    Management is unresponsive to or insultingly slow with maintenance requests. Fridge wasn't working right and after weeks of waiting we were given another faulty fridge. Stovetop stopped working months ago and still no response after repeated attempts at communication. Water pools and comes out of the walls during heavy rains. Water has dropped from the pipes and through the ceiling multiple times. There are many people with pets here and most available grass was replaced with rocks during ...
    renovations. There was a break in to the laundry room a while ago and the security cameras are still covered in red spray paint. A window screen that was broken during building renovations has been broken and not replaced for a year and a half. This apartment building as a whole is good, but it's a matter of luck on if maintenance requests or reports will be responded to or handled. Nice area though, make sure to keep cars locked and have nothing visible at night.
