Horrible management
October 27, 2018The landlord and staff and unhelpful and abusive. They are negative and refuse to help their tenants. To get any necessary repairs done is like pulling teeth. Office assistant will ignore and/or harrass you. Run as fast as you can from any property managed by IPM.Review from Apartments.com

July 31, 2016Current tenant. Repairs are never made. Maintence person sits outside all day twiddling his thumbs. Manager is q sociopath with anger issues and God complex. Other employees are allowed to assault tenants and burglarize units with no punishment. July 21, 2015This apartment building is conveniently located in downtown Portland. The unit that I have been living in for over a year is nice for a one bedroom. I would recommend this place, the only downside would be that some(very few) of the residents, or maybe friends of residents are sketchy.Review from Apartments.com
