Quiet and Peaceful!
April 12, 2024My apartment was amazing upon move in. The community is safe and peaceful with a great school district. The property manager recently organized a community event that me and my family really enjoyed. The maintenance staff is always helpful. Worst place ever!
December 13, 2019Do not ever and I mean ever move here. I had mold in my basement and bedroom. They patched a whole up in my bedroom before I moved in. Whenever it would rain it would rain in my room. When I called them to fix it they came two weeks later and just put some plaster over it. I repeat do not move here worst place ever. All they do is write letters, they don’t fix anything.Review from Apartments.com
Highly Recommend Living Here!
November 9, 2017My husband and I lived at Blendon Square for about 2 years. The only reason we left was due to the fact that we bought a house. We had a great experience at Blendon from the day we moved in. Jamall is SO wonderful and helpful, as well as everyone on the team. We rarely had an issue, but if we did they would send someone to fix it the same day and very quickly. Nice pool for the kids in the summer and a great little gym that you can get a quick workout in; made living here so convenient and ...enjoyable. September 29, 2017The leasing office staff are rude and disrespectful. The place is bug and roaches infested. Maintenance are also rude and has the audacity to question your complain of a leakage or a malfunctioning appliance. I will not recommend it to anyone. Bad management. I had lived here since 2007 and never experienced bad management like this. They keep increasing rent every year whether you sign a lease or not.Review from Apartments.com

August 27, 2015I've been living here for a year and a half now and I must say this is one of the best communities I've ever lived! Very quiet family oriented community where you definitely get spacious townhouse style home with finished basement. Quiet, well maintained property.
August 4, 2015My boyfriend and I moved into Blendon Square town homes this past Spring 2015. Jamall the onsite office manager was extremely helpful and professional. We were on a time crunch and Jamall made sure to work with our time schedule and get us approved and moved in within 2 weeks. We like how clean the pool area is as well as having very comfortable lawn chairs! The entire property is well maintained and quiet. It's a great location close to 270 access and lots of parks nearby as well as a small ...playground on the property. We have had issues with some of our electric outlets not working and the drain draining slowly in the laundry room in the basement but have had no major issues or complaints.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
