October 20, 2022Overall, this was an excellent location for the price. The apartments themselves are quite nice. The landlord is responsive, maintenance is usually quick, and it was clean. Great time living here and no significant complaints at all! Honestly, I would have likely been willing to pay $200 bucks more a month and not been dissatisfied. January 5, 2021I rented a studio apartment for a year while I was in the Columbus, OH area for work and this was overall the best value for my money. Management was very accommodating, area is safe and the community is very friendly. December 13, 2019This was honestly one of my favourite places I’ve ever lived! The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and extremely walkable.
