Very Nice and Staff is helpful

Amazing Customer Service
May 10, 2020I have been a tenant at Trellis for a year and the customer service I receive regularly from Hannah (Assistant Mgr) and Melanie (Property Manager) has been excellent. I have moved through different states for work and rented in many locations throughout the years. The level of attention to detail, prompt response to tenants' needs, and follow up on any concern or commentary I have written to Management, has always been answered promptly, professionally, and with a solution plan as to when the ...item would be addressed. There are many locations from which to rent in Federal Way or Tacoma, but you would be hard pressed to find a better professional and attentive customer service than what you would get at Trellis.
