Affordable and Clean
December 3, 2024I am a current tenant here, my lease is up Jan 31st so I am now at the end of my lease and I do plan on renewing. All my maintenance request were completed in a timely manner. Almost always the next day sometimes even the day of! My only complaint would be the windows, my bedroom window is not properly sealed so during this winter, my we are battleing with the heat. Maintenance has done a few things to try to fix this but honestly the entire window just needs replaced, I even took it upon myself ...to tape the window shut with gorilla tape, but was told by the office I had to take that down… I do not hear about much violence or break ins at all in the neighborhood. I am able to allow my car to sit out front to heat up without worrying about it being stolen. I appreciate the effort the staff has to keeping the community clean.Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024I’ve been here for quite some time and I’m looking at all of the reviews of the remodels and I’m wondering why current residents haven’t been offered these perks? I can’t even get maintenance to complete requests, my HVAC fixed or general upkeep maintenance done. I have to threaten them with escrow to get anything done. October 28, 2024Not gonna lie, I wasn’t in love here. This was my first apartment and while the prices are cheap to live here; you pay for what you get. We had a 1 bedroom here and there was constant bugs and mold. We would have loved to break our lease if possible but of course we could not do that. We had talked to maintenance multiple times but barely anything happened. I really would continue to look else where. The neighbors are wonderful and there are cute little kitties who roam around and I would say ...that’s probably all I liked at this place. Definitely wouldn’t go back !
