We welcome 2 pets maximum per apartment, not to exceed 50 lbs. total weight of one dog. Some breeds are prohibited and all pets are subject to the approval of management. Specifics regarding your pet's breed, weight, proof of rabies documentation from your veterinarian and a photo of your pet will be due prior to move-in. A pet deposit of $500 is due upon move-in. Dogs that are purebreds or mixes of the following breeds are prohibited: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, and Siberian Husky. All other animals including exotic pets are prohibited. All animals must be authorized by management.
