This neighborhood is known for its mix of residential, commercial, and office areas. It is home to a variety of shops, restaurants, and recreational spaces, making it an attractive location for residents and visitors. Pentagon City is strategically located just across the Potomac River, offering easy access to downtown Washington, D.C., and its many cultural and governmental attractions. For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will unfortunately need to be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered, and additional guests will incur an extra supplement. Bath towels are not provided. The property is not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on the property. To avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space, only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. As part of the commitment to ensuring the safety of the community, a screening process is required. The apartment offers a master suite with a king bed and en-suite bath, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional queen floor mattress. The fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, and ample square footage ensure comfort and convenience. Enjoy the oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, spacious storage closets, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Complimentary starter items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies are provided to kickstart your stay. Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night, though oversized vehicles may not fit. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, with advanced notice provided when possible. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion. While we strive to provide a peaceful stay, external factors like building maintenance or construction may cause noise disruptions. Water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Refunds or compensation are not provided for these issues. Local residents cannot book homes for same-day arrival.
