The gambling-addicted denizens of Las Vegas can sometimes act like wild animals, but for apartment-ites searching for some actual wildlife in the city of sin, they may have a search ahead of them. One place to find a collection of some of the most beautiful winged beasts, in one of the most beautiful foliage in the city, make your way to the Wildlife Habitat in the middle of the Flamingo Hotel. There you will find an oasis away from all the flash and bang of the strip, where cool waters flow and the shade of palms lies above you, while beautiful parrots, cranes and, of course, flamingos await you, as well as plenty of water animals as well. Forget all the other shows in town, this natural show is a thing of beauty nearly unparalleled throughout town. Amongst the animals on display are silver pheasants, ibises, a Crown crane, and, of course, a large flock of beautiful, colorful Chilean Flamingos. The lush foliage in which the birds live is also a sight to behold, with plenty of different kinds of flora imported from around the world, including leafy palms, pines and magnolia trees, making the perfect environment for each of the wild winged beasts that call this oasis home. It's unlike anything else in Vegas, and pleasant respite from the rest of the casinos and lavish shows. It's in the oddest of places that one can find the most beautiful spectacles, and the Flamingo Wildlife Habitat is proof of just that. Right in the heart of Las Vegas, just a short drive from your apartment, you can discover beautiful animals in a relaxing atmosphere that's just perfect for killing time between shows, or taking a break from all the gambling.
