We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our communitys location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.

Cats PolicyMax 2 pets per home. There is a $300 pet fee for the first pet and a $150 for the second (both are non-refundable). Additionally there is pet rent of $15/month per pet.
