A Safeway is also just a few blocks away, and Whole Foods is very close as well. This makes grocery shopping a breeze. (There is a little corner shop just around the corner for small stuff.) For baseball lovers, you'd only be about 2 blocks from the Nationals Stadium, or Audi Field. On top of all that, you're still right in the heart of DC, very close to The Wharf, the Smithsonian, and easy access to the highways without having to deal with all the downtown grid traffic. This is a privately owned house, and the owner lives in the area and manages it himself (along with a few other places he has in the neighborhood) with the help of a handyman that takes care of the maintenance or any issues.?
