The property allows a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Guests traveling with an emotional support animal may be charged a pet fee, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. The house is equipped with a security camera at the front entrance, operating 24/7 without audio, recording people entering and exiting. Smoking and parties are prohibited, with a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission, and only one towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required for booking, and guests must sign a rental usage agreement. The primary guest must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited, with a zero-tolerance policy enforced by police intervention.
