While the San Antonio Botanical Garden is no comparison to the plants in your apartment, you can certainly get ideas for potted plants or your future home. Ceramic sculpture, metal art and giant insects made from natural materials are some of the special exhibits you might catch at the San Antonio Botanical Garden when you make a trip from your apartment. The non-profit organization hosts local and national artists to make the gardens attractive to visitors. If you haven't had a meal when you visit the San Antonio Botanical Garden, it has a yummy alternative to eating at your San Antonio apartment at the Carriage House Bistro with a scrumptious café menu. Affordable to eat here, the menu features main dishes with fish and meat, salads, soups and appetizers over the lunch hour. With it only costing a $7 entry fee to the park, it's worth a visit to the bistro.
