Great while I lived there...
May 20, 2017Had an amazing experience with 100 East while I was living there, ended up having to move and terminating my lease after 6 months. Paid the fess necessary to terminate and had written multiple checks throughout the month to pay these. I was moving, writing checks to enter another apartment, and was still working so I had seen multiple checks hit my account from the complex but didn't necessarily monitor how many. Well FOUR months AFTER leaving the apartment, I had a check for $550 dollars hit my ...account. Four months! For being a business, I was in shock with how late they were and how unprepared my bank account was for such a large amount of money leaving my account. great locationbut pricey
August 11, 2015not the most expensive downtown but by far it has the best views for the money. with a rooftop pool and gas grills its awesome to hang out and just relax. a plus: FIBER!!! the building is all fiber optic for internet and ATT U-verse (no charter thank goodness)Review from Apartments.com
