November 26, 2024My resident experience has been mixed. On one hand, the area is convenient and generally peaceful, which I appreciate. However, there have been some significant issues that detract from the overall experience. These include a persistent roach infestation, a bathtub in poor condition with a broken handle, and a squeaking noise from upstairs that can be disruptive in my bedroom. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the living environment.Property Manager Responded

October 31, 2024From personal experience, maintenance services can take several weeks to complete which is very inconvenient especially when necessities, such as heating/ cooling, aren’t working properly. Management is also hard to get a hold, especially over the phone, and it seems like no one is really there to help out paying residents. There’s also a roach problem! Fumigators come every Thursday which is nice, but I have yet to see the roaches completely gone. All isn’t bad though, the neighborhood itself is ...very quiet and safe!
