November 26, 2024My resident experience has been mixed. On one hand, the area is convenient and generally peaceful, which I appreciate. However, there have been some significant issues that detract from the overall experience. These include a persistent roach infestation, a bathtub in poor condition with a broken handle, and a squeaking noise from upstairs that can be disruptive in my bedroom. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the living environment.Review from Apartments.com

October 31, 2024From personal experience, maintenance services can take several weeks to complete which is very inconvenient especially when necessities, such as heating/ cooling, aren’t working properly. Management is also hard to get a hold, especially over the phone, and it seems like no one is really there to help out paying residents. There’s also a roach problem! Fumigators come every Thursday which is nice, but I have yet to see the roaches completely gone. All isn’t bad though, the neighborhood itself is ...very quiet and safe! August 1, 2024No pool swimming this year. A lot construction remodeling, the laundry room isn't clean a lot of dust ,When it rains, part of the parking lot fills with water, just like when there is snow.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2024So far, everything has been fine. The upgrades that are currently being made are making the ask for the current rental price make some sense now, and I know the parking lot will soon be relaid or replaced, so, that’s coming in the near future too… and that’s really the last “ask” I had. I don’t even need a pool… I’d have preferred to have the parking lot fixed before the pool, but I know I’m not the only person who lives here. Only down one star because of some delays in repairs when needed, and ...also because of the disrepair on move-in and the ongoing construction and LARGE trash issues — people will leave their gigantic couches and stuff upon move out and then trash services will not accept it, so it sits for months… but it looks like they have people who come through now to pick up these items, or at least I haven’t seen any in a bit. Once those things are fixed and maintenance completed, it’ll be worth the 5-star review! The overall community rating is a 3.5-4 star right now.Property Manager Responded
