Nice inside, but not worth the headache or hassle
November 7, 2024The inside of the apartment is nice, and some units have recently been upgraded. I have lived her for several years and the place is going downhill fast. Major issues here are trash, lack of parking, gates frequently not working and inaccurate charges on accounts. This used to be a nice place to live, but not anymore.Property Manager Responded

I have had some mishaps with water (washing machine) but the maintenance crew jumped right on it and took care of it. There is constant issue with my rent being charged incorrectly, homeless people living within the gated parking lot & not being towed so there is no enforcement of that policy either. September 5, 2022Recently the AC in our apartment randomly stopped working properly, to the point that the temperature was around 85 degrees at 10:00pm. We tried to fix it that evening to no avail, so I submitted a maintenance request the following morning at 7:00am when it still wasn't working. Within just 4 hours, Curtis had the AC working properly and replaced the air filter too! We've needed a couple of minor repairs since recently moving in, and Curtis has always been friendly and communicative with repair ...time. I am extremely grateful for his swiftness and professionalism in all that he does, and I truly hope that he receives the recognition that he deserves!
