March 19, 2025Average community. Nothing is above or beyond my expectations when moving in a year ago. Nice place to live while we work towards buying our first home. Because of the area we live in the community I think we are often forgotten about because the grounds are never kept up. Our neighbor leaves stuff and trash outside so when it’s windy it gets scattered throughout our area. Gym has old equipment which is fine because we have a gym membership anyways but would be nice to be able to use from time to ...time. Almost all the roofs have tarps on them so that’s a sore eye. The area by the leasing office seems to be well taken care of compared to the area by the gym which is where we live. March 12, 2025Maintenance is so responsive and the office works with you so well! The only downside is that the other residents don’t always pick up their dog poo. The air conditioning systems are old, but they work well. Management is also in the process of replacing them as needed. For the price, condition of the townhouses, and the location, you can’t beat this place! I also love the fireplaces!Property Manager Responded
