    Cool! Really nice place with a really cool pool! Never used the gym but I hear it’s nice! Lived here for about 5 years and I have no complaints!

    Pretty great place, nice layouts of units, great location near a park and the highway that goes straight to downtown. Connected garages are also a huge bonus. Leasing people are kind as well, and often have random little events or goody bags which is a nice neighborhood touch. Maintenance is also fast and does good work. Downsides are that they require you to do valet trash, which is pricey and kind of ridiculous. They claim there’s no way to opt out, but that just feels like something they say ...
    to shut you up. I mean, they built the system; it’s hard to believe they couldn’t change it if they really wanted to.

    Beautiful surroundings, quiet, safe, and apartments that truly feel more like homes, especially with the attached garage, the multiple floors (in my floor plan) and the amenities such as a full-sized washer and dryer. I would definitely recommend living here to friends and family.

    We've lived here for 3 years. We wouldn't have stayed for this long if we didn't like it :) Love their gym setup, it's nice having two pools, and the employees are generally attentive to our needs. Only complaint would be the amenities are on the older side, and sometimes are not working properly.

    I have had an overall positive experience at Carriage Place. It feels more like a home than like an apartment. We had one incident where our apartment was flooded due to a sprinkler leak. It took a long time to resolve and we were still charged full rent for the time that they had to renovate the apartment.

    Average community. Nothing is above or beyond my expectations when moving in a year ago. Nice place to live while we work towards buying our first home. Because of the area we live in the community I think we are often forgotten about because the grounds are never kept up. Our neighbor leaves stuff and trash outside so when it’s windy it gets scattered throughout our area. Gym has old equipment which is fine because we have a gym membership anyways but would be nice to be able to use from time to ...
    time. Almost all the roofs have tarps on them so that’s a sore eye. The area by the leasing office seems to be well taken care of compared to the area by the gym which is where we live. The staff is very friendly though and I enjoy that they have community events.

    Maintenance is so responsive and the office works with you so well! The only downside is that the other residents don’t always pick up their dog poo. The air conditioning systems are old, but they work well. Management is also in the process of replacing them as needed. For the price, condition of the townhouses, and the location, you can’t beat this place! I also love the fireplaces!
