December 5, 2024My experience at Cortland on Cherry Creek has been very positive! When I toured the apartment originally, Miranda was super kind and patient with me even though I was late to our scheduled time. The day we moved in, we noticed a small leak in our bathroom and maintenance was in the door within 15 minutes and solved the problem for us. This kind of service has been consistently provided through our year here. There are a lot of families here and the kids like to play outside (which is awesome to ...see!), so it can get noisy on occasion, but it's really not bad - more of a warning to anyone who wants quiet only. Maintenance is super personable and quick to respond. The staff in the front office are very friendly and get to know their residence.
