It has an ideal location that is well-maintained. Located in historic Fourth Ward, an area covered with greenery and foliage and adds a sense of charm while still living in a concrete metropolis. The apartment itself boasts granite countertops, hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings making the 652 square feet feel spacious and open.
