5* for Maintenance
September 22, 2025Tim & Ela came today and fixed a problem I've reported many times beginning in April 2024 when I moved in. The ceiling fan had been hitting the laundry door and finally broke. July 29, 2025The apartment is ok. Appliance are older and the walls has lots of holes from previous tenant. Pool is closed a lot. Yards are not maintained and the hallways are dirty. Many porch pirates stealing your packages. It takes multiple visits to the office to get maintenance to come to our apartments. It seems if we don't complain to the office, our maintenance requests are ignored.Review from Apartments.com

July 4, 2025Since I arrived, the experience hasn't been very good, starting with the fact that we have a child at home and we went almost a month without air conditioning, reaching temperatures of 90-95 degrees inside the apartment. As an adult, one can put up with these things (though it shouldn't be acceptable), but a child shouldn't be in such situations. Please fix your repair schedule, your customer service, and most importantly, the quality of your maintenance staff.Property Manager Responded

May 1, 2025The door knob that was installed is for inside use, not external door knobs. Someone can come along and snap it like it was a toothpick. Also there is no lock for it except on the inside, so I can't use a key to lock from the outside. It is not the fault of the maintenance people.
