Great place to live
May 23, 2025I’ve been living at Joliet Towers for almost a year now, and I’ve not had a single bad experience here thus far. Responses from management and maintenance are quick, there’s hardly ever any loud noises, only ever had good interactions with neighbors. It’s gated access which I greatly appreciate, even the laundry room now requires a code to access. I’ve never felt unsafe, and I think that it’s a great place to live, and would recommend living here.Property Manager Responded

Highly Recommend
July 10, 2020I'm new to this apartment complex, but my experiences so far have been positive. The application process was thorough, but management processed my application very quickly. They answered any questions I had in a prompt and courteous manner. Upon move-in, I was greeted by several friendly neighbors. This is a controlled access property, so I feel safe here. The grounds are well-kept with a lovely garden in the center. And the location is excellent--with Sprouts, King Soopers, and Target all ...within walking distance. And a Ross is opening soon. It's a REALLY GREAT PLACE to live!!
July 1, 2020Joliet Towers is just an all-around great place to live! Great location (right behind the Gardens on Havana Mall), within walking distance to King Soopers and other great stores.
