October 8, 2015When me and my girlfriend moved into our apartment in June 2012. We were in love with it so we thought. But then Winter of 2012 came. And our apartment was taken over by roaches. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. My girlfriend and I have had 3 different properties managers. The one we have now makes our fourth. She is a terrible property manager she refuses to fix or repair any matientence issues. She has been given several inspection reports from the city of Charlotte. And yet ...she has done nothing to resolve any issues that we have. My girlfriend and I are fed up and we are just ready to move. If I am considered for this I would greatly appreciate it.
