Good place to live
February 14, 2020I have lived in the Ponderosa apartments for over two years. I like it because it is quiet, close to the highway and inexpensive. Whenever general maintenance needs to be done, Lori or Elizabeth get the right people out to fix it right away. They even have snacks in the front office for tenants. A weakness of mine. Ha, ha. I recommend this location especially if you are thinking about eventually owning your own home.Property Manager Responded
