March 15, 2022I wouldn't recommend this place. We've been lucky in the sense that we haven't had to deal with bugs, but the heating is horrible. Old 70's building with no insulation. Windows are updated but that's about it. They basically have slapped lipstick on a pig and said here you go. Sink basins and toilet were covered in paint. Caulking is horrible. Everything that could be painted over has been. No pride in work, there's one maintenance guy that seems to actually care, besides him, the others could ...care less, judging on their attitude and the sheer fact that you can't get a hold of anyone especially when it's an emergency.Property Manager Responded

December 20, 2021The hot water has been an on going problem. Buy a new water heater for building 11, that will solve the problem. There is no light in the entrance of coming into this apartment complex. The front entrance should light up so Residences can see at night when they entered the apartment complexes, there should be light for security purposes. July 12, 2021When I moved in to the apartment I noticed it had not been cleaned thoroughly also whatever repairs they made were done very poorly and disgusting. We have had a leak since I moved in and nothing has been done and every time I bring it up they just tell me that its fixed even though its not.
