October 31, 2022The management is here is terrible, they treat people like they are low class citizens. The way they speak to residents is belittling. I would not recommend anyone to stay in such a low class environment. Oh and Maintenance, does not existProperty Manager Responded

Dirty, unmaintained, not as advertised.
May 18, 2021Property is dirty, old and unmaintained. Mold and mildew in units, cannot get repairs or maintenance performed that was left undone before move in. The management posts fake reviews to get better ratings on all sites. Stop by on a Sunday and ask any tenant outside, they will all have multiple complaintsProperty Manager Responded

Almost broke the lease to GET OUT!!
August 12, 2016Apartment screamed old and cheap. Oven door wouldn't shut all the way, they came to "fix it" and then once you opened the door it would SLAM closed. The stove had to be from the 80s and when we moved in it was nasty. We ended up buying our own and just taking it when we moved because they refused to replace it. M The fridge was also old and half of our windows had broken locks. Literally the only thing I liked was having two porches, but I was unable to enjoy due to chain smokers living below me. ...While there we had multiple arrests around our building- one that included a break in and a chase through the complex. Booming music drove through at all hours of the night and you could watch drug deals from your windows. The pool was always crowded with teenagers that did not even live there and ended up unsupervised. Also the traffic in this area is HORRIBLE.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 1, 2015This apartment community is trying to be more than it actually is....not worth the current monthly rent I am paying and not worth the rent increase of almost $300 if I renew the lease. I could justify it if... the gym had working equipment if the dog park wasn't littered with flies that continuously make their way inside my home and if the roaches, wasps and gnats (no matter how much I clean and spray) would go away . The pools are closed half the time in the summer, the trash is always ...overflowing, the residents take no pride in where they live which discourages staff from keeping up with all the issues. Idk what else to say, I wish I was not so far off from finishing my bachelors degree bc that would allow a better job which would allow more money so I could move to an actual community I could enjoy... unfortunately I am a broke college student and it seems the majority of everyone else that lives here is just as broke as I am.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 10, 2015I'm a new tenant and new to Charlotte NC. I rented the property sight unseen. You get a lot of space and storage for the price. Staff are helpful and friendly. I'm close to EVERTHING and the local elementary school is less than a 5 minute drive.Review from Apartments.com
