NEW MANAGEMENT
February 7, 2020I am pleased and happy to have Tarrah the new Assistant Manager working here in the office It is nice to finally have someone that’s doing what they suppose to do. She is very pleasant and welcoming when you come into the office. She is extremely helpful , if you need something done she will get it done it a timely fashion. She makes sure all of your needs are met and she makes sure any service requests that you have pertaining to your apartment gets done ASAP. Again I am Thankful for Tarrah ...being here. Great place to be!
May 24, 2016So I just moved in a few days ago and there were little to nothing that needed to be done meaning our place was basically move in ready. My roommate and I still have a lot to move in but everyone was very helpful and maintenance responded in a timely matter.Review from Apartments.com
I WOULD MOVE HERE ALL OVER AGAIN
August 9, 2015I would like to start by saying the office staff is fantastic. Charlene and the office manager go out of there way to ensure that all issues are handled in a timely fashion. I have currently lived here for 8months and I have to admit I was apprehensive because it is NC housing but what sold me on South oak Crossing is they are the only apartments who will allow you to move out without a consequence if you purchase a home while still in your lease. As for the environment South Oak Crossing staff ...tries very hard to keep things cleans but the residents can be a little messy. If your like me a person who stays to themselves then you will enjoy living here. It is completely affordable in fact their prices are the best and the apartments are very large.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
