    This place used to be a wonderful place to live with a clean hot tub and warm pool all year round. Now the hot tub has not worked for some time now. No ones at the pool any more so I don't think it's warm year round like it used to be. When SOS landscape comes they butcher the bushes, some to the ground.

    Stratford Station is a comfortable and conveniently located community. When we moved last month, our appliances, carpet, paint, etc. were all in very good condition and some were new. The apartment was clean and well-maintained. We had an non-emergency issue with sink drainage that maintenance responded to within 48 hours, so that was reasonable and helpful. It's a small community, making it easy to get ahold of management. Overall we are happy with it here!

    Something different than the mega plexes I used to live in downtown. Feels more like a home and even guests I’ve had over have said the same thing. Love the balcony and greenery around the community.
