January 31, 2021Danielle & Antronista are two of the best women to work with! My experience was unexpectedly remarkable. The apartments are beautiful, spacious & quiet. The view is amazing. Both ladies made my application process smooth. Made me feel like family you can't get that just anywhere. if looking at ten 05 as your home look no further. you won't regret it!Review from Apartments.com
Don’t Do It
September 20, 2019The management staff is horrible and do not take ownership for their mistakes.. The building upkeep is horrible the hallways carpet needs to be ripped out, the odor, ceiling damage, and trash just to name a few.. No way to buzz your guess in the building, dog crap every where, and the building fire alarm goes off all the time... They always ask for concerns and feedback but nothing ever changes. The corporate office is no help either so, don’t call them!!! The only good thing about this place is ...the location..Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Visitor
February 6, 2019The only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars is because I really like the location. My point of view is coming from a visitors standpoint. I find the parking situation the worst in the world. The 2 parking passes are not a good idea because thats basically saying if a household has two cars, they have to ask for a 1 day temp pass If another person wants to visit. I have to let the person know in advance (mon-friday) but If I want to visit on a weekend then I cant get a parking pass because the ...office is closed. I've paid for towing 3x already. I also hear that you cant use the computer area if the office is closed as well. It would be good to get a review by the actual tenants to see what their views are of the complex. This would make me second guess living here. Other than that it seems like a pretty nice area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Ten 05
June 4, 2018I think that ten 05 is a nice place to stay. There is a nice parking lot, beautiful trees, and you should all ways fell safe because there is a cop that is ready for anything. The only downd sides are, close to the roads, the parking garage is small and is hard to park in. There has been little kids banging on the door and then running. But for the most part this place is a nice place to stay.Review from Apartments.com

August 4, 2015Great Location and Great price. Uptown Charlotte has a lot to offer. Apartment is conveniently located next to park, restaurants, interstate and walking distance to most of uptown. Price is much cheaper than apartments similar in location.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2014This community has everything on my wish list. Great size bedrooms, two baths and balcony space. Great location for my job, shopping and dining. Most of all pet friendly.Review from Apartments.com
I live here. DONT DO IT!
November 26, 2013Worst leasing office ever! They will lose your rent check. They are never in during office hours. Impossible to pick up packages and they never let you know that you have one. Apartment location is great but that's about it.Review from Apartments.com
This Place is Horrible
December 18, 2014If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would! The location is the only thing this apartment building has going for it, and it's really on the outskirts of Uptown. Homeless people sleep in the park across the street and if you go under the bridge on Trade St away from Uptown, it's sketchy. The office staff is the most unprofessional, unhelpful, lazy staff I've ever had to deal with!! They NEVER answer the phone and they are always closed unexpectedly. I have been leaving daily ...messages for 4 days with no return call. They tow cars DAILY from their parking lot. My friend had her car towed on Friday when she was visiting. You only get one permanent parking pass and one monthly pass per apartment. So, if you have more than 2 cars, you're getting towed. If you don't get your monthly pass for your second car before the third of the month, you're getting towed. Since the office staff never answers the phone and is never in the office, it's impossible to get a temporary parking pass. There is dog feces all over the place outside and the smell in the halls and stairwells is awful! If you tour the apartments, ask to be brought into the other buildings. The model apartment's building has new carpet and paint, but the rest of the buildings are smelly. There are always people in the parking lot yelling at all hours of the night. The elevator (there is one for buildings 3 and 4 to share) is constantly broken. I'd love to use the park area in the middle of the parking lot, but you have to avoid the dog feces everywhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Average
July 12, 2013You get what you pay for here because it is so cheap. The apartment quality isn't the best but it isn't disgusting. The elevators are my biggest complaint about the place. There is one elevator that is used for two buildings and it is the slowest elevator on earth. It is also very dirty most of the time. The office staff is nice but pretty unhelpful if you have any questions during the application process.Review from Apartments.com
