If I could give The Edge over 5 stars I absolutely would. My partner and I moved into the building in February of 2024 after relocating states and cannot say enough good things. We looked at over 15+ properties in South End with a super demanding list of needs and this place was totally the winner. I love my apartment at The Edge! The floor plan is very spacious, amenities are great, and the staff members are so nice and helpful. It’s a great post grad location, but good for people who enjoy a more quiet living environment compared to some other areas of South End.

Construction noise

Marsh properties have started construction right across the street of another apartments. Constructions works start at 5-6 am. So all those who want to live at construction site are welcome! Company doesnt care about people living around OR their own renters!
