Just what i needed!!!
August 16, 2023i recommend The flats at 2109!! my 1 bedroom apartment is so beautiful, bright, spacious and everything is new! Kelsey was very helpful with my move in process! communication with management is easy! the staff in the office are welcoming! i love how they keep me updated! the property is clean; the area is close to uptown about 10 mins!! Exactly what I needed!!
August 14, 2023I am very excited about my new home!! Ms. Avis was very nice, patient and professional to make sure I had all of my paperwork completed. I'm also happy that this complex is not overly large and so close to uptown, highway I77 and many stores. I've lived in this area majority of my adult life and have not had any problems. Communication is Poor
August 11, 2023I’ve called maybe everyday for a week, and no answer. I’ve left voicemails and filled out their contact form on their website, and still no call back or response. July 31, 2023I recently completed an application and was able to speak with a lady a week ago she informed me I would receive a call and to bring my paystubs in. I went to the address on the site and was told the office was located somewhere else I have been calling and emailing and I haven’t got no response and I’m looking to move in soon as possible every time I call the number goes straight to voicemailReview from Apartments.com
