    No te mudes acá!! Te arrepentirás todo el tiempo que estés acá. Me mudé creyendo encontrar un buen lugar para mis hijos, el primer incidente fue cuando otro inquilino irrumpió en nuestra propiedad gritada y diciendo palabras fuertes en presencia de mi hijos pequeños. NO SABÍAMOS QUE PASABA! También hubieron varios tiroteos y hasta una señora murió afuera de su apto el año 2022. Dijeron que estaba remodelado y fue mentira a los días de llegar a vivir ahí tuvieron que cambiar las tuberías y dejar ...
    parches de pintura que jamás repararon. Luego se daño la secadora y tuve que lavar en la casa de mi hermana porque no la arreglaron por 1 mes a lo que la rta de la asistente de la manager fue: SRA. tenemos más personas que necesitan reparaciones fue grosera prepotente y me dijo que me callara y que saliera de la oficina. No son malos son pésimos, para rematar me están queriendo cobrar 5500 por no haber pasado la carta de finalización de contrato en el tiempo adecuado. El último mes por pasarme unos días me cobraron 1800 adicionales y muchas cosas más que no están bien en esta propiedad. En serio no le hagas ese mal a tu familia al llegar a este lugar, ahhh escuchas a tu vecino roncar todo el tiempo

We cant look into your unit as this was posted anonymously, but do require a 60 day NTV or we do have an insufficient notice or termination fee without proper documentation.     When we applied for our apartment we wanted a loft. But they weren’t available. One of the ladies said that we can still apply and then change it when a loft was available. Well that wasn’t the case so we got stuck with a one bedroom apartment instead of the loft. I wish I knew or I would have waited tell we could apply for the loft. Because this was not what we were looking for. Once we got moved in and settled the loft was finally available and they said they would get back to me about maybe ...
    doing a transfer. I have yet to get that call or even contacted about the loft. I wish I didn’t get my hopes up to get one of the lofts, but I don’t think that will happen. Not really happy with my experience from the start and should have just looked elsewhere. But I didn’t want to spend money on another application sense it went through for this apartment complex. All and all wouldn’t recommend Park at Canyon Ridge to friends or family because of this experience. I also do not understand why there is a $45 convenience fee to pay on line instead of in cash or with a cashiers check. I would assume that it is more convenient that they get their money right away and not have to wait to put it in the bank themselves. Oh well. Thank you for letting me put in my two cents on the apartment complex.

    The staff has really helped us feel like this is home. They have gone above and beyond in making sure all our needs were met before moving in & continue to help us feel like we made the right decision. Many places are just an "apartment" but the staff, especially in the office, really help it feel like a home.

    The entire staff is extremely helpful and amazing. Any time they are contacted, we are treated with the utmost respect. They do their best to make sure we are happy & feel like we are home. The ladies in the office, especially Nikaila, are the best customer service team we have worked with and the level of professionalism from the maintenance team has been amazing!

    I'm unimpressed so far at best, extremely disappointed at worst. Management here is not good, though some staff individually are. They do not care about quality or about engaging their community members. They will not help you when their own stuff breaks. I do not recommend moving here.

    The new management and maintenance team have made a huge difference. There is a sence of community I never had before. It's nice seeing the problematic tenants leaving, I feel a lot safer coming home late at night.

    Greystar has completely lost control of Park at Canyon Ridge. There is no security, or courtesy manager on-call. The number for maintenance emergencies hangs up on your without letting you leave a message. Office staff locks the door while they party with their friends inside while a crowd of people gather at the door urgently needing something.
