February 6, 2025I like the way how the administration helps. However, the trash pick up is always a huge problem. They usually forget to come. And the next day is all trash on the floor because of animals. We have mentioned several times about this issue.Property Manager Responded

Yasmeen the property manager is great
January 23, 2025My parents who are seniors were relocating from NYC. We had interest in a specie apartment but, she sent us a video to help my parents make a final decision on relocating to Charlotte. She walked us through the application process step by step and kept us abreast of any open items. She is friendly and always available to answer questions.
