April 1, 2025It’s very exciting to have been able to call The Sagewood home. The amenities are top-notch! The fitness center is well equipped, and I love the beautiful pool area, perfect for relaxing on sunny days. The common areas are always clean and inviting, providing great spaces for socializing with neighbors or just enjoying some quiet time. The location is another significant advantage. It's conveniently close to shopping, dining, and is easy to get around. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, ...and filled with natural light. February 6, 2025I like the way how the administration helps. However, the trash pick up is always a huge problem. They usually forget to come. And the next day is all trash on the floor because of animals. We have mentioned several times about this issue.Property Manager Responded
