Yasmeen the property manager is great
January 23, 2025My parents who are seniors were relocating from NYC. We had interest in a specie apartment but, she sent us a video to help my parents make a final decision on relocating to Charlotte. She walked us through the application process step by step and kept us abreast of any open items. She is friendly and always available to answer questions. December 1, 2024I really like the pool and the pickleball court! I would like to use the heated area to roast marshmallows, but need to know if it can be used for that. Some of the big lights are out and need to be fixed. And, the dog park needs to be kept up better. But, overall, I like my neighborhood. Most everyone seems friendly. I have not been able to meet all the new people in the office though. I wish they did more community events later in the evening or on weekends.Property Manager Responded
