December 14, 2024The sagewood has been a very nice peaceful experience. It has a beautiful clubhouse, great gym and all the staff is very friendly. It's location is in a clean, quiet, beautiful area. Not a whole lot of craziness going on around here.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024I really like the pool and the pickleball court! I would like to use the heated area to roast marshmallows, but need to know if it can be used for that. Some of the big lights are out and need to be fixed. And, the dog park needs to be kept up better. But, overall, I like my neighborhood. Most everyone seems friendly. I have not been able to meet all the new people in the office though. I wish they did more community events later in the evening or on weekends.Property Manager Responded

November 1, 2024Overall experience is positive. Apartment on move in was not clean enough many things look like used a lot. Also wallet trash sometimes not picks up trash. However, staff is super friendly and helpful. Clubhouse is spacious and comfortable. Pool is clean. Fitness center is great.Property Manager Responded
