December 21, 2024I love living here. So many great places around us to go. Plenty of food and grocery store. All these amenities are within walking distance. November 29, 2024Even though coffee and wine are amenities that they offer, they are only available when staff is present. I was willing to pay more or offer a deposit to be able to have access to coffee at say 8am. Community is non smoking but there are a lot of people that still smoke and vape so much so that it comes through the vents. There is an issue with the fire alarm system. Staff is good but Stacey is the best. Events are ok. Communication can be improved. If you live in building 1, you will hear all ...the cars at QT at night and hear all of their lovely engines. Gates are finally working. Butterfly system can be a hit or miss. I felt safe taking a walk by myself in the area. Maintenence guys are quick and super nice. Staff needs a little bit of help following through, but overall good. Can't say anything about the manager because I never met him/her. Never bothered to come out of the office to say hi. Again Stacey is the best. The fruit, veggie, and herb garden was a nice addition.Property Manager Responded
