I've lived here three years
April 17, 2017It's a great place to live. I am only moving because I am getting married and my fiancee and I need a bigger place together. The owner/landlord, Bob, is a friendly, nice guy. He is there several days a week and you can tell he takes pride in his property. The handymen live on site and will help you with anything you need. Once I didn't know how to light my water heater, Lonnie came over in five minutes and fixed it. My AC went out once, I texted Bob and it was fixed immediately. They have even ...helped me out when my storage unit door got stuck. It's a quiet, family oriented neighborhood. Kids walk to/from elementary school. The townhome itself is very nice with good sized bedrooms, a large living room with vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace. There's a closet for your washer dryer right off the dining room. Great place to live!
June 21, 2016I've been here for about a year now and I could not be more happy with an apartment. The owner/ manager is very nice, and the maintenance crew lives onsite, and is available 24/7. Whenever there is a problem (rarely) , it is fixed promptly. It is by far the best apartment I have ever lived at. I plan to stay here until I move to a house. The complex is concealed very well and feels very safe.Review from Apartments.com
