The Staff here is very friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait a long time for maintenance to arrive and complete a job. It takes me fifteen minutes to get to the Airport. Lots of shopping stores medical facilities amusement park, Lake Wylie, Premier Outlet, Airport fifteen minutes away, great schools, and great neighbors. Not to mention it's quiet and dog friendly.
