September 23, 2024A nice quiet place to live. I just renewed my lease for year 3. The grounds are very well kept. I've looked around at other places and noticed trash piling up and neglected landscaping. Laundry room is kept clean. Doesn't have the bells and whistles of a more modern complex, but has a little of everything and for the most part management is very responsive. There are plenty of trees and parking. Patios and balconies are decent sized compared to some others I've seen. Check the prices ...daily, they seem to change and you may find a great deal.Property Manager Responded

September 24, 2024I literally just got my keys today. My apartment is beautiful and clean! Angi made this experience so perfect. Very sweet, kind and informative. I apologize to the other girl in the office. I cannot remember your name, But you are right there with her. both of these girls made me feel comfortable from the men walk-through the door to start the process to the minute. June 14, 2024I really love it here, The grounds are well kept, it's nice and quiet. Lots of trees for shade and beauty. The pool is pretty, the laundry room is well kept and the workout room is brand new. Office folk are nice and maintenance has been very quick when there's a problem - which hasn't been often. The one downside is that getting good internet has been a major problem. I work from home and the phone lines used for internet (even fiber) don't connect well.
