October 1, 2015Great community, everyone is friendly here. For the price you get to live in a great area and send your children to good schools. The floor plans are amazing, its like living in a townhome. No noise complaints. Staff are very friendly and helpful for the most part. The apartments themselves are falling apart and you will constantly call maintenance. There is a huge pest problem that is made worse by old windows and doors. I enjoy living in the community. Carmel On Providence
August 19, 2015I have lived in this complex for eight years. The management has always been very friendly and helpful. This is a small complex with lots of trees. It really feels more like a small neighborhood and we feel very much at home. During the time we have lived here, we have had some great neighbors and made some long lasting friends.
