    10/10 would recommend living here. My fiancé and I lived here for a year and moved out due to a career change. I was so sad to go - this apartment was clean, quiet, and super attentive. True luxury living with a beautiful outdoor space and great gym and common lounge area. everybody from leasing, maintenance, and concierge team all work together to make this an amazing living experience. I cannot recommend it enough. Great location as well. Thanks element for making it a home.

    Although I did not see the apartment before I moved in, the reviews were extremely helpful as well as the website being easy to navigate and apply from states away. The apartment is incredible and thr floor plan online did not do it enough justice. It is modern, clean, beautiful location, ans the staff are exceptional! the safety features are fantastic with the key fobs and such, it was even better than i imagined. The amenities here are also more than top tier.

    The building is not only beautifully designed and perfectly situated in Southpark Charlotte, it also have an excellent sense of community and offers a wide range of luxury accommodations for all ages. I personally think that there is a true sense of belonging and being at home here.

    Element has been great since we moved in. Very friendly staff, helpful 24/7 concierge, CLEAN environment with access to great amenities including monthly events, great fitness center, pretty clubhouse and offices for rent, and pool. Homey yet resort feel at the same time. 10/10 would recommend
