February 6, 2025Since I moved into Giddy Hall last year it has been a wonderful beautiful experience. Management actually listens and cares. Mckenzie is such a doll. She makes you feel like you matter at her property. They keep all kind of fun activities going and makes sure you feel included. July 23, 2024This is a great little community situated near the Premium Outlets/I-485 area. The community staff are really responsive and helped out during the leasing/move-in phase. The community is well maintained and clean. At times noise has been an issue, being in closer proximity to the pool, but it doesn't detract too much from the overall experience.
