    The nicest maintenance team I have ever encountered - I have lived in 6 different apartment complexes over the past few years in my 20/30’s. Truly the most thoughtful/ caring team… even helped me drive over and bring up a heavy boxed mattress to my unit after seeing me struggle in the mail room

    6 month update on living here and it's been a wonderful experience. The place is brand new and the people working here are amazing. Just had an incident with the dish washer . They came in the very next day to check it and when they realized they needed to replace it . Darius,Paul and Terri had it ordered and setup within 2 days. The leasing office is super friendly and helpful too.

    I have been living at Marlowe Place for over a year and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here. Ranging from the apartments, the facilities for resident usage, and to the staff.     I love Marlowe place great staff and a place to live it’s so convenient very close to uptown and a lot of stores. Public transportation outside of Marlowe place to get around with out your own vehicle. Please give it a try thank me later. L holmes

  • Best BRAND NEW property in LOSO

    This is the best property! It is the perfect location in lower southend (LOSO). The management team is very friendly and actually care about residents needs. If you are looking for a new community with fantastic resident events, look no further!

    I love it here. The spaces are clean and beautiful. They’re all new and updated. It’s a great location so close to the light rail. t night, it’s always so well lit and I feel safe walking around here. All the residents are so kind
